Copenhagen Hash

* Chopped potatoes, onion, and assorted meat. Pan fried together with sun dried tomatoes and kale and parsley pesto.Served with pickled beets and two fried eggs.

Copenhagen Special

* Toasted sourdough bread topped with avocado, in house cured salmon, aioli, asparagus and topped with one poached egg and side of green.

Egg Benedict

* English muffin topped with ham, chicken or fried mushroom topped with two poached egg and hollandaise sauce, served with roasted potatoes and a side of green.

Copenhagen Rancher

* Diced grilled ribeye, served with crispy potatoes with peppers and onions, and two eggs of your choice.

Copenhagen Texan

One waffles with fried crispy chicken, bacon, sausage, syrup and sourdough bread.

Copenhagen UK

Fried black pudding, Back bone bacon, one sausage, crispy potatoes, butter toasted mushroom , baked beans and two eggs your choice. Comes with bread, jam and butter.

Sourdough Campagnard

Butter toasted sourdough filled with Ham, Swiss cheese , tomatoes & topped with bechamel and grated cheese. Or make it vegetarian Mushroom, and wilted spinach with Swiss cheese, sun dried tomatoes & Bechamel.

Savory French Toast

Brioche bread filled with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes , and smoked brisket. Covered in egg wash with thyme. served with fried potatoes and small side salad.

Avocado Toast

An open-faced sandwich with buttery sourdough, creamy avocado, crispy fried feta, pesto, and a perfectly fried egg, served with a small side salad.

Scotch Egg
